How We Are Keeping our Staff and Customers Safe:
Face Masks
Face Masks are mandatory and must be worn by all customers while in store. Our staff has been provided with non-medical 3-ply face masks to ensure safety for all during equipment fittings.
Frequent Sanitizing and Cleaning
Our store cleaning has been enhanced to make sure all high traffic areas and high touch points are cleaned regularly.
Limited In-Store Occupancy
We have reduced our in-store occupancy to ensure safe social distancing. If we have reached capacity please follow our social distancing markers outside our front door. A staff member will welcome you in-store when it’s safe to enter.

Our sales floor is labelled with directional markers to ensure safe social distancing. Floor markers are also in place at checkout.
Hand Sanitizer Station
We have installed a station with hand sanitizer upon entrance to the store for both staff and customer use.
Safety Partitions
We have installed Lexan Safety Partitions (Plexi-glass barriers) at our checkout and skate sharpening counters.
Equipment Cleaning
Product in store that has been handled will be either cleaned or placed in quarantine for a period of time before being released back onto the sales floor. Depending on the product, some product will be cleaned by using our Rocket Sport UV Dryer or disinfecting spray/wipes.
Personalized Appointments
We are continuing to offer personalized appointments for equipment fitting, team sales, and skate sharpening/profiling to promote limited in store occupancy. Please call 604-987-6630 or email sales@myhockeystore.com to set up an appointment.
Curb Side Pick-Up
We are continuing to offer Curb Side Pick-Up. Simply submit your order on our website and we will phone you to arrange a pick-up time. Pick up times can be same day service.
